Just a reminder you can have a look at the bug tracker to see what works, what doesn't, and the workaround.

And feel free to participate.

Using the hacked version or yours has the same result on my N9, "zypper ref" returns errors on missing files. As a result, I can't install apps anymore

EDIT: I've tried your file with "ssu ur" + "ssu lr" on the N9, and it doesn't work. Your old hacked file still works.

On Ubuntu, partitions are mounted in your /media/<login>/<partition name>. Just follow the instructions given in the tutorial by changing the partition path according to your own case.

If you have problem with ssh or telnet (really can't tell which part goes wrong as you only gives the OS), you can also do this in N950 terminal. Not to hard with hardware keyboard I suppose.

about bme. add these lines to /lib/systemd/system/bme-rm-680-bin.service [Service] to force restart bme if failed:
Code:
Restart=always
RestartSec=5
or full file
Code:
[Unit]
Description=BME for N9/N950
Requires=dsme.service
After=dsme.service

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/sbin/bme_RX-71 -l syslog -v 5 -c /usr/lib/hwi/hw/rx71.so
Restart=always
RestartSec=60

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target

Not sure about the arabic support, but you need to add your APN to connect to mobile data.

Impressed with the BT audio so far, sound quality does not degrade after a few minutes like it does on Harmattan.

To be honest, I keep a windows netbook for flashing phones and only for flashing phones. I must have 30 related tools on there for flashing various models and OS's.

I find that it's a pain in the *** to install some of these for Linux and many tools (like flasher) don't come with 64-bit binaries. I refuse to run multilib on my gentoo laptop as it's a waste of space and time.

Sure yeah I could play with a VM, but they often don't play nice with USB, so the netbook was the ideal option for this use case.
