This is the only app I miss in my N9. Perfect when travelling two or more families together.

Does anyone know of a good replacement?

Thanks.

I'm the original author of SplitTheTab, but I'm afraid I can't be of much help. Development has focused on porting it to Android, see https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...thetab.android.

Thanks for answering my call.

Is there any way to run it in Meego? I guess it would not be very difficult to port it, but of course I lack the needed skills.

I've never owned a Meego device, and don't know how easy it is to port apps from Maemo. It probably is fairly straightforward - SplitTheTab is entirely written in python with the usual Gtk bindings.

Quick reply...
Apkenv is a compatibility layer for applications packaged as ".apk", runs on Harmattan (N9).
Best wishes.

No, it is not the same. That is just for sharing a ticket at a restaurant.

SplitTheTab is far more complex and useful.
