I need a new n900

Are the ones that come from hongkong legit?

Or should i just buy a used good condition one, locally?

The thing is that I live in australia, so prices are alot more expensive to get it shipped over here.

They're perfectly legit. They're not new, however, and, unfortunately, they also seem to have a fair share of problems - a lot of the time, if the USB port had to be fixed, the repair isn't done quite right, leaving you with what seems to be a perfectly attached but dead USB port.

I bought one a few months ago. At first everything seemed great, it looked new, but there was a bunch of software installed on it that wasn't stock. After a couple of months the power button gradually became less responsive, until it got to the point where it doesn't work at all. The only way I've been able to get the N900 to turn back on if I let it turn off is by reflashing.
