I now have a properly uboot-able NITDroid ICS build using a custom boot.src on a new 2GB ext3 partition, but I just noticed something, what is it with the SDcard not mounting in NITDroid? I tried with both 2.3.7 and N14 :/
EDIT: With SDcard in NITDroid, I meant /home/user/MyDocs, why isn't it mounting as the SDcard in NITDroid? Was there any changes that I am not aware of?

Nitdroid is becoming a bit messy with all those patches on top of patches.
Wouldn't it be better, at this point, to publish a "stable" official version with 2.3.7, Uboot capable and with working camera?

As i know there is a problem with MyDocs in ICS only and the solution is not published. Please dont use boot.scr but bootmenu by Pali. Dont use my second kernel (ext4 support) - it has some problem with fat partitions. As soon as I get my n900 repaired i will post a "stable" ICS. Cm9 compiled but causing the same problems as cm7

Ammyt, is the version of ICS you're working on the GPU-accelerated version?
