there a very few sites that require actual flash 10. Tweaked flash 10 (with the tweak flash plugin) does wonder for 99% of sites

Try searching for Tweak Flash plugin

Tweak Flash didn't help me. Webpages show blank space instead of "You require Adobe Flash Player 10".

yep same solution was mentioned in this thread way, way, back.
