I always yearned for a nice blue windows XP theme with white/ cream window backgrounds... But I have been useless at doing things myself.... can some talented artist put together a Windows XP theme for laymen like us....?

(I believe for gregale, Win Vista was the most downloaded theme followed by XP)....
