Hi,

no-gps triangulation algorithm based on GSM base station signal levels comparison incorporated by Google maps for mobile 2.0 gives one-quarter to three miles user's location accuracy.

Not good solution for car navigation.

That's not what it is for. Google Maps Mobile is great to find POIs.
