Its a Queen Beacon Widget which uses Yahoo's weather service.
I uploaded it here. You have to change the link to match your location and change the checksum to 911.

Someone please help me with installing a font, if i install font installer will it change every font to the font i want, then can i uninstall it and install theme customizer, will the font still stay in the folders where they are supposed to or will it delete them, is there a simple script someone can make to change the system font into my font, if you get what im saying. I did try and replace them 4 files but only some of the defult font change. Cheers

my main screen, i don't seem to be attached to it that good, having a wallpapers problem all over again, i just can't find the proper ones

you need to change the layout of your desktop .
like change the clock , font , icons .
every time after posting your desktop you find font and clock thingy the same that's why you finding it improper
