Is their a way or an app that can make my N800 emulate a bluetooth keyboard for my N95-3 phone?

I would like to use the soft keyboard on the N800 to enter text on the N95 or other device without the need to carry a dedicated BT keyboard.

I have been searching for information on this so I'm sorry if this is has already been addressed.

Thanks!

There's an app that supposedly will do this although I was not able to get it to work (didn't try that hard mind you).

Check out http://www.mulliner.org/bluetooth/xkbdbthid.php

I think the instructions are wrong:

Install notes:
1) install the package via the package manager
2) open xterm
3) become root
4) chown root.root /var/lib/install/usr/bin/xkbdbthidwrapper (/usr/bin/xkbdbthidwrapper on IT2006)
5) chmod +s /var/lib/install/usr/bin/xkbdbthidwrapper

it does not create /var/lib/install/usr/bin/xkbdbthidwrapper.

Any alternatives out there? I want to pair my n800 with an n95-3

already emailed Mulliner 2 weeks ago asking about his excellent bt applications and still have no reply.

He is No.1 in bt applications ported to Nokia tablett.

It is a shame really, because that would be one less gadget I had to carry around as part of my PAN... A thumb keyboard on the n800 would be so much better that trying to do everything in T9 on a symbian phone without a keyboard.
