Hi!!

I've got a trouble with nokia 770.

I want to install an app called xournal but when i try it, n770 says me that i need some packages (libgnome, poppler-utils). I get this packages from repositories but i can't install them, n770 always says "incompatible package".

Packages are:

libgnomeprintui2.2-0_2.10.2-0ubuntu1_armel.deb
libgnomecanvas2-0_2.10.0-0ubuntu1_armel.deb
libgnomeprint2.2-0_2.10.3-0ubuntu1_armel.deb
poppler-utils_0.5.3-0ubuntu6-indt1_armel.deb

and i got it from: http://bgran.net/etrunko/apt/pool/user/libg/

Software of my n770 is updated and upgraded. Version is 2.2006.39-14 (the lastest). I think that these packages are other version of n700 to.

Where can i obtain it? If somebody has them, i would like him/her to answer me

Thanks and regards from Spain

Use the repository and it'll handle the install of the libs automatically.

I think I remember something like this, although I can't remember whether it was maemopad or xjournal giving me that error message. I found that installing python from the application catalog solved it for me. I needed python for other programs so that worked for me.

Sorry about that, it worked for me but then after flashing I would start at the top of the application catalog page and work down. Try here and here .
Good Luck,

Peter
