it requires wifi or 3g connection.
i had it on my android. when transmit. the other receiving automatic opens up and voice goes right through without accepting. but the other person must also have app

how many times it needs to be explained?
OR there are sources of app, and than you can try yourself to port or ask help to port
OR it's closed source(i bet it is) than it's ONLY developers of this program could port, so you can email them

Or someone can try writing it from scratch 
this app exist on both iphone, and android
it works like a walkie talkie. hold on to screen to transmit
it would be awesome if it worked on the maemo 5 n900
edit: it also works with facebook voice chat
and have a chat room integrated
