How can i edit the bluetooth config file to connect to a USB device and assing it a Bluetooth address. I need it so carman can view it.

assuming you're familiar with the thread connecting bluetooth keyboard to the n900, you could try this:

1. install rootsh and text editor, for example vim
2. press ctrl-shift-x to open xterm
3. Code:

   sudo gainroot

4. Code:

   vim /etc/bluetooth/main.conf
