Well i found this and thought as if this might be a start for those who have not done anything for maemo /meego .

thats symbian anna ,not harmattan though .

well... they look the same, right? only the name differs... anyway, cloud596 changed the icon pack's name from symbian anna to harmattan. just a name change, icons are the same.
