I've tried searching for an answer in the wiki and forums, but have come up empty; but I apologize if this has been answered before.

What is the difference between the various localized Freemantle images? That is, you have ones for US, UK, Asia, and Global; yet, strangely, the US version is larger than the Global image, leading me to believe that there is more here than just language localization going on. What is in those larger images (US, UK) that is not found in other images (Asia, Global)?
