I've been able to vuew it... You may want to ask the Maemo devs, though (leave a comment or, better yet, use the bug tracker).

I just realized it was broken when you mentioned it. They changed the url to http://maemo.org/news/planet-maemo/rss.xml and didn't tell us on the old feed.
All I see now is a blank screen when I try to access it. It looks fine on my PC.
