http://www.nokiausa.com/accessories/item_details/1,8994,product:SU-27W|phone_code:N800,00.html

Listed as an accessory for the N800. Has anyone used this at all? With an N800 or 770? How does it work, and with what software?

Enquiring minds want to know.

Yahoo! $300 for the pen! I hope it washes my car and sings and dances too!

BTW: They are out of stock. Bummer!

I've got one, but I haven't tried it yet. Got mine really cheap though.

Could be one of those killer apps, but needs to be under a $100.

Sorry to say ...I doubt the Bluetooth pen will work with Internet tablet.
According to the specs it must support Bluetooth Specification 1.2 with profiles ;Object Push Profile 1.2, Generic Object Exchange
Profile 1.2 and Serial Port Profile 1.2.
On the European Nokia site it si NOT compatible with n770 / n800
BUT please correct me if I am wrong.. perhaps someone have hacked it to work

This one

would be nice. It claims to be Windows-only, but the spec sheet says that any HWR software can translate the notes to text, so they're most likely in standard digital ink format.

If only the usb port of the N800 were host-enabled...
If only there were a Linux program for converting digital ink to text (Journal has a -- very! -- embryonic form of it)...

Of course, if we had digital ink conversion on the N800, we could use Xournal to take notes and buy beer with the money for the digital pen.
