Well, sometimes it is good for our bills that we can hang up a call (incoming or outgoing) in a certain time (ie. within 5 minutes).

There any script or software that automatically hang up a call?

I own a N73, N96, N97 and Auto HangUp (Symbian) app is a good calling control software.

Can't help with the request, but I can't imagine a big market for an app that cuts you off after any preset arbitrary time.

The upside of knowing that you will control your worst case call costs (if you don't have a voice bundle) is kind of offset by the downside of the chance your phone will cut you off at 'x' minutes ... just when you get to speak to a live operator after (x-1) minutes on hold in a call centre. I trust my ability to mentally monitor my call time more than my ability to outguess sod's law :-)
