Media Markt has probably a converter or a EU Nokia charcher.

EDIT: When I typed this I was in hurry... here more information
0049 is German country code, I think it'll become 004930499060 then
For travel I suggest metro, and GPS/Google Maps...

They should also sell European Nokia loader, as does any phone shop.
