Yes, I understand that in any large organization like neo900.org, there are proper procedures that must be followed before any information can be released to the public. Any such message must be cleared by the legal team, and perhaps an outside team of lawyers. The HR department needs to be consulted. The announcement should be translated into all official EU languages, as well as Hindi, Japanese and Mandarin. A sign language video must be produced. A large enough venue for the press conference must be booked, and the media alerted. Releasing status information is a very big job, and clearly an official spokesman, with an adequate staff, is needed.
