I got one, developed a bit of stuff, but then I got two N9s that I use pretty much exclusively and my N950 stays in its box unless I need to demo anything. Anyway, in January, when a defect occurred with the screen and I had to send it back to Nokia, I asked qgil if the repaired/replaced device could go to someone else ("next deserving on the device programme"), and he said it was a good idea and that he'd supply details to DDP when it arrived back to them and they contacted him. I alerted DDP that I was sending it back to them with a defect, but could they send the replacement to someone else, asking qgil. They said yes, send it. I sent it with a clear post-it note attached as to what I had arranged. The replacement came straight back to me, and I assume noone spoke to qgil. You can't say I didn't try.
