I had the same problem, tried another microSD and it works well now... Does anyone found a fix for the inverted axis? I build Kernel 4.9, but with the same issue.. So i don't think its an kernel issue. edit: I fixed the inverted Axis, seems the issue is because Xorg loads libinput after evdev for the touchscreen.
