There is also OviMaps voice guidance (α)... I don't use OviMaps, preferring ModRana myself, but still store the link in my signature, just in case. It's a brilliant example of community cooperation succeeding when the company was too lazy.
The thread wasn't updated for a long time... But it should still work. It has Wiki Page.
