It's still on my website -- https://depot.javispedro.com/nit/dos...use/tablet.drv . But it's only for Win 3.x and it only works in the patched dosbox on maemo repos, not upstream. For DOS games I am not familiar with any "absolute" mouse standard so that's going to be difficult. If you are using fingers, then maybe you want something more akin to a "touchpad", but i don't think that's been implemented except in some Android ports.
