Damn, I spoke too soon. Uninstalled brainparty and couldn't update to 1.3 still because of libgles1-sgx-img so I tried sudo gainroot, apt-get remove libgles1-sgx-img and got back: E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable) E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it? /home/user #
