sudo /etc/init.d/bluez-utils stop
sudo /etc/init.d/obexsrv stop
Stopping bluez-utils stops bluetooth connectivity fullstop. Stopping obexsrv (and this is my presumption) probably won't let you send or recieve files over bluetooth.
