Schturman in addition to direct voices link there is need index direct links. I can't find both of them for now.
You can catch all via fiddler. Eg russian female voice direct link

So we need replace zip file names to other one to catch all of them.
There is voice_catalog.eng file in device and it catch everytime Nokia suite rans but it encripted or archived with some method I don't know.
