Nokia refused to negotiate anything harmattan, as they say they still support the product.
Also it was their decision to scatter harmattan assets all over the internet instead of either maemo.org or meego.com so those assets weren't included in the infra we got. I can only assume and hope that when they decide to dump them they'll ask us first
