I like to repair old phones as a hobby, mostly Nokia. Sometimes they have software issues thought and that is the hardest part to fix in some phones as I live in Finland and I would like the phones to have finnish firmware for language and keyboard which are hard to find these days.

There is latest firmware files to all nokia phones, but sadly they are english versions so they are no good for me. Currently I have Nokia E7 and C7 on my desk to be fixed. As I did not manage to find nordic firmware I flashed Delight CTW which are good, but if I put finnish language packs to the installation it will be stuck on bootloop. Could anyone here have some info about best ways of download those old firmware files somewhere or other solutions?

Other question is about sim locks. I have Nokia C2-01 and C3-01 which are locked to finnish operator DNA. If I go to their customer support to ask about sim lock codes there is 3 outcomes so far. Person does not know what is sim lock, person shut down the chat or just say that they have no clue anything about those things so it seems impossible to get help from operator. I asked about those sites that "open" sim locks, but they told me that they buy the codes from operator and for this finnish operator its impossible.

There is brute-force way which is only way I think? Does anyone have experiences about it?

If there would be better/bigger forum to ask about this or something please tell me. To these days those phones have mostly become spare parts, but I would like to learn to fix these software issues too so more phones would be working instead of trash.
