It may very well be.

I will not jump the gun and prematurely call it dead.
But I will say I had to change repos for my n900's a while back since I wasn't getting anything from this repo...
AT THE TIME.

things may have changed by now ..or not...
could be maintaining needed ...
or they are temp or permanently down.

Have to inquire of the owner of the repo...
would be best idea for an answer straight from the source.
