As explained on the wiki pages there is no way to just "uninstall" a kernel, you need a kernel to boot.
Your system is in a bootloop which is a normal situation from having a broken root. The device will not charge in this state so it would be advised to charge your battery from another source.

Fully charge the battery from another source, this will also completely power down the device. Also make sure you use the same USB port on your PC as the last time you flashed.
