It used to be pronounced and spelled far differently than currently ... as AE in Latin.

Old English changed that with "æ"

pronunciation of "æ" in the modern context of current (doggerel) languages is a short "a" ...
as in "fat" , "bat" , "at" , "cat"

So figure it out.
True. If you speak Latin. But if the inventor don’t? And instead pronounce it slight different?
I’m not saying that is the case. But it could be since it’s a name.

Personally I would add some Finnish touch to it or something.
