It doesn't tell about swap usage though, nor CPU usage. Some people use load-applet for this (with the 2 bars), but this shows realtime usage. The entries appear to be clickable while unclickable options are normally grey. So it should be in an info box, or greyed out. It is also a little bit slow before the information pops up.
