The Droid 4 images are already available. There was a problem with yesterday's images but it was fixed and there were new images built today. I tried them and Hildon came up successfully. Make sure you place the image on slice 2 of your SD card. Otherwise you'll need to edit the kernel cmdline in the /etc/kexec/kexec script in ddroid and point "root" to the right device.
