I wanted the ProFontWindows for xterm because its really looking nice and geeky, so I copied it to /opt/usr/share/fonts and then simply resetted font cache by typing
Code:
fc-cache -f -v
in Terminal...

Voila, ProFontWindows liisted in Xterm Fonts (no restart required).
