It uses the same kernel you have installed, so if that supports overclocking just follow the same steps you would on Maemo. It is possible to quad (or even quint) boot, I have Maemo, Eclair, Froyo, Fedora and Ubuntu running. You can boot as many operating systems as you want, as long as you have the partitions for the OSs.
