When using youtube or any other website with embedded youtube video, instead of trying to play in the browser (n900) or opening the video in the flash player (N9/50) can it open the video in cutetube? therefor allowing you more control over the video. Or on n9/50 can you choose what to do when you longpress or press on the video in the web browser, eg having the option in the context menu.

I have thought of this, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to achieve. I imagine it will require some dbus hackery. I doubt there will be any easy way of enabling a user to choose a third-party application to launch a file. Even now, Symbian users still have problems using Opera as their default browser for all activities.
