I have been trying to use my n900 as a bedside alarm clock, and wanted to have a clock displayed all night. There seems to be a couple of options I've found, but none are quite right.
Bedside, this doesn't work at all, just displays a black screen. Apparently the issue with this is that it needs libqtm-11 installed, which I cannot on my n900 due to some issue with unmet dependencies on libtqtm-11-declarative. [edit: managed to get this sorted out]
FlipClock. This looks great, and I would use this, except it will not go into full screen mode properly, the title bar and status area is always displayed and I haven't been able to get that to go away. I'm on CSSU Thumb, and I seem to recall some issues with full screen apps?
Wakeupcall. This is the one I'm using because it does go full screen, but I don't like the small display or the 24-hour clock.
Any other options, or suggestions?
Edit: Did manage to get Bedside to work, so this looks like a good option, I'm going to try that out for awhile.
