i tried two android apps, but one crashed at startup the other didn't found any pkpass files. so i think the androidway isn't actually a good way.
i also tried according to juiceme with unziping the whole stuff... (see this one here:
https://gist.github.com/tlehman/4115125
). there are some png's and two json files inside. unfortunately there is no png with the boarding pass "QR Code"
it would have been to good if it was that easy
