Last Council elections have been held (closed) on 2015-01-04 so the next election was supposed to happen (close) on 2015-07-04.
Holy council rules, which were subject to serious dispute here, are being ignored by council since 7 weeks now (elections are on the agenda since 2015-06-02).

This means we'll see a delay of at least 2 months.
And nobody complains... Remarkable

I guess if council chair (wikiwide), who's in charge here, doesn't make it happen and the other councilors only stand by, board will have to take the initiative...
