I managed to update my Play Store to a state that does not download anything, just gives me the pending state

It has taken some time since I did it last time and my memory is what is so I had to dig it all out again... but now I just did not write down the installation procedure but I pulled myself together and scripted it. And I put it publicly available with documentation.

So if anyone wishes to do it here is how to install / reinstall Play Store to your phone with quite little effort.
