thanks, but going through their packages, i could not find anything containing the word "sports", so assuming sportstracker won't be found from there.

You might consider using MeeRun from openrepos.net.
Or have a look on archive.org, by archiveteam.org (reference).

thanks, but it needs to be sportstracker. i followed your link, but could not understand how to find the app in question.
