No mate! Do not put the battery back into a phone that was immerse into water and boot it up! How long did you spent drying the phone?You probably shorted a circuit.....I think that`s the end of it`s life.....You could put it in a bowl full of rice for couple of days before putting the battery back but now it`s too late

If you know somebody that is comfortable to dissasemble the phone and replace the required parts go for it.
