Hello,

Engadget has a story about a future Blackberry OS6 internet browser (http://www.engadget.com/2010/07/20/b...tition-in-a-g/) that scored 208 on the HTML5 test (http://html5test.com/).

So I did the test with MicroB since I figured that worlds best mobile browser would fare better. Well....

It scored 149.

My question to all technical people, what causes MicroB to score so low and what can be done about it? Are there any settings that can be toggled to improve HTML5 performance or is it strictly code based and until Mozilla/Nokia updates MicroB, it will continue to score on the low side. Could the HTML5 performance of MicroB been a deciding factor in it not being used in as the default browser for Meego?

Anyway, here is a screenshot of the MicroB score. Please run the HTML5 test on your device and report your score. I would like to see if all MicroBs score the same score or if it is hardware/software configuration based.

Thank you all for viewing and participating.
