Hi Velox, thanks for this tip.

I checked my settings in the phone menu.

There is a menu item "keyboard layout" where I changed to US.

Now the game works well *g*

To see the actual chosen layout I use the keyboard layout applet from extras-devel, so I have an indicator in the status area.

Perhaps I dont change back to german layout, the US layout seems to be much better despite to the direction keys directly accessible.
