I haven't looked at it. It's apparently based on PuppyLinux. Uses pet files for app installs.
I didn't see anything in my quick browse on the website about touchscreen design (not required, but an OS designed with touch in mind is generally much more user friendly with a tablet) or non-intel distros.
I'm guessing most of the binaries are intel. You could recompile, but things like flash might be problematic????
