Call their tech line and ask to speak to their "advanced" tech support. They did upgrade their network over Thanksgiving weekend and it didn't go very smoothly. My internet had gone down again after I posted last. Called tech, got replacement, and when it did the same thing, they had me speak to the advanced tech support and they fixed the problem on their end.
