@coderus The possible conflicts for Launcher combined are only No handle and No handle w Launcher combined (both installed but not activated at the time I encountered the issue). No conflict for dynicons. Anyway the issue doesn't arise if I apply FIRST Launcher combined, THEN Dynicons, THEN other patches including No handle.
