EDIT: I performed a Comprehansive reset with PR 1.3 and.. It's all fixed! I can access openrepos.net now.
Wait, so how did you manage to do a "comprehensive reset with PR 1.3"? I just joined this community after purchasing a brand new 64GB N9 - it's beautiful - and I want to use it as my daily driver. I am a bit naive with flashing and tech, so be gentle!
