I managed to.

I'm on the early access release 2.0.2.48.

I used the new backup to Dropbox feature - you need to create a Dropbox account on both devices, backup existing, and restore on the new.

I think there was a mention of there being an issue on an earlier release, and I went down the Dropbox route as my SD card had been BTRFS formatted, and the JollaC doesn't support it out of the box
