After removing everything on the device I did a fresh install of CM11, SFO, the latest .zip file and followed the instructions. After running the 'sg graphics sfdroid' command via a ssh connection from my computer I could finally see the android window on the screen of the device.
I run the following commands on the device to start sfdroid.

$ ssh nemo@127.0.0.1
password:
[nemo@Jolla ~]$ sg graphics sfdroid
I don't know if this is the right way startup the application. Thanks again for your help and good work.
